The agreement between LeadWise AI LLC and any client engaging our outbound, intelligence, or systems services. Read it before you sign.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by LeadWise AI LLC (“LeadWise AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company established in the state of Wyoming with registered address at 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801.
By using our services, you agree to these Terms. You may not use our services if you disagree with any part of the terms.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information and not to disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.
By using our services, you agree to a minimum engagement period of three (3) months (“Minimum Term”).
You agree to pay the monthly service fee as outlined in your signed agreement. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
You may cancel within three (3) business days of signing up and receive a full refund, provided that no work has begun. After this window, all payments are final and non-refundable.
You are fully responsible for storing, securing, and managing any data or records associated with the leads generated through our services. LeadWise AI does not retain copies of lead data or provide backup storage.
All materials created and provided in the course of providing Services shall remain the property of LeadWise AI.
Our services are offered on an “as-is” basis, with no guarantees or warranties, whether stated or implied, regarding performance, reliability, or outcomes.
LeadWise AI shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
You agree to indemnify, and hold LeadWise AI harmless from any claims, legal actions, or liabilities resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.
Either party may terminate this Agreement after the Minimum Term by providing written notice at least ten (10) days before the end of the current billing period.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will be settled through arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association, following its expedited commercial rules for a faster resolution process.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral. LeadWise AI reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
